The game has not been officially announced by Namco Bandai yet, but the magazine Shonen Jump has an info page about the title in their latest issue. This is a copy of the page

According to this picture, if its hard for you to read, it looks like it will be for the PS 2 only and will be out in the Spring of 2009. The developer will be CyberConnect 2.

We wrote to Namco Bandai but I have a feeling they may be filling up their refrigerators and getting ready to party into the New Year. We will keep you up to date on this title.
