Being the journalist that I am I had to follow up on the Asda Story...story. Releasing an announcement that you’re releasing and then releasing one saying you’re not relasing is confusing. So here’s the word from the Asda Story people themselves to help heal your pain.

Gamescampus had a technical difficulty that caused them to delay the official launch of Asda Story today as planned. This does not affect gamers playing the open beta who should not have any issues with gameplay and can continue playing through to the official launch.

We are not yet ready to announce the exact date for the commercial launch but when it has been officially re-scheduled and confirmed we will definitely let you know. We have every reason to believe it will be within the next week or so, but again will let you and your readers know for sure when we have that confirmed. Thanks for your interest in Asda Story!

So it’s really like the Outer Limits where they control the vertical and they control the horizontal and now you probably don’t know what I’m talking about and I’m showing my age. Anyway, it seems Asda Story isn’t ready yet but sounds like they’ll be ready soon enough. So hang in there and go read a book until the Asda Story is published for real.
