Kaijudo Animated Series Set for June, Voiced by Some Old Familiars
Recently GDN reported on the team up of Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro in terms of Kaujudo: Duel Masters which is set to be a Multi-platform Franchise.
Part of that push now includes a Hub TV animated series, Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters. The half-hour series from Hasbro Studios will premiere on Saturday, June 2nd.
A re-imagination of the wildly successful Duel Masters property in Japan developed by Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro, Inc, the new action-packed series will feature the voice talents of the following popular actors:
- Scott Wolf (“Party of Five”)
- Freddy Rodriguez (“Ugly Betty”)
- John DiMaggio (“Pound Puppies,” “Futurama”)
- Oded Fehr (The Mummy)
- Phil LaMarr (“Mad TV”)
A special sneak peek of the first three episodes of the animated series will be presented on The Hub Saturday, May 5 (8:30-10 a.m. ET), with encore performances throughout the week.
