Two new Pokémon adventures are coming to Nintendo this week.  On 20th November, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, the latest edition in the dungeon-based role-playing series, that has sold over 10,000,000 copies internationally, launches on Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DS across Europe.  If that’s not enough for you, the action-packed Pokémon Rumble launches on WiiWare on the same day!

Fans and newcomers alike will love the stunning new Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, featuring over 490 Pokémon, new stories, and extended wireless capabilities.   For the first time in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series, you can become or partner with Phanpy, Vulpix, Riolu, Shinx and Eevee. You will also have the chance to meet one of the most recently discovered Pokémon, Shaymin, as you explore the dungeons that change every time you play.

Battles with Enemy Pokémon are, as ever, an exciting part of the game.  Explorers of Sky features a ‘Friend Rescue’ system that allows you to be saved by friends over a Nintendo DS Wireless Connection or the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.  You can also access special additional missions via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection or with passwords and you have the ability to send a demo version of the game to a friend’s Nintendo DSi or  Nintendo DS over a local Wireless connection. Keep checking back to www.pokemonrumble.com to find out more about these special missions.

In Pokémon Rumble, available on WiiWare from the Wii Shop Channel, up to four players take control of hundreds of Toy Pokémon , battling in ‘top-down’ arcade action through a variety of areas chock-a-block full with foe Pokémon.  As you are successful, new and more powerful Pokémon can be recruited and you can earn coins, called “P”, which let you recruit new Pokémon and change the attacks of your Pokémon recruits.

Once you’ve found a sufficiently powerful Pokémon it’s time to enter the Battle Royale, where you must defeat a horde of Pokémon within a strict time limit. Completing a Battle Royale allows you to progress to the next Rank, unlocking more challenging areas and more powerful Pokémon for your collection, with the ultimate goal of becoming Pokémon Rumble champion. Check out the official Pokémon Rumble website at www.pokemonrumble.com for more insights, tips and fun!

Make it a month that packs a Pokémon punch! Throw yourself into the mystery and the action on 20th November, when Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky launches across Europe on Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DS and Pokémon Rumble launches on WiiWare.
