Each investment represents a unique step forward in your career. If you opt for a better mixer, for example, you will have more channels available for mixing; good headphones will help you beat-match numbers. The higher up the career ladder you climb, the more demanding your work environment will become. You will repeatedly have to get the audience swinging, and not just by means of music: you must also use your poses and gestures to build up a scintillating atmosphere among the audience.
