Seeing as the Xbox 360 came out first im betting that microsoft being such a big company will decide to make another system soon enough.

I’m thinking that there will be an updated Wii sooner than a new Microsoft console. Something tells me that HD will finally come around for the Big N.

Well Microsoft already said that they want to have the 360 for a while. Sony on the other hand has had trouble with the PS3 so it wouldnt be unlikely if they come out with a new console first just to make up for lost profits from the PS3.

Yeah me2.. I do see microsoft coming out with a new counsel first, but they going to hold back on there big guns to see what sony and nintendo have up there sleeves.

I think microsoft definitly will but its going to be a long time till they finaly come out with a new system.

The Xbox 360’s lifespan is going to be seven years (as reported by Xbox CEO). So expect something around 2011 or so.

Microsoft has already said they would be the first out with the next system, and I have no reason to doubt they have something up their sleeve.

I can’t figure out why Microsoft doesn’t develop its own hand-held. Nintendo and Sony are doing very well with theirs; it seems to me that M’soft would want to get in on the action. I was hoping that news of a new hand-held would be the E3 bombshell.
